3. Shipping Cost
We charge reasonable shipping fee based on the quantity of the products, estimated shipping cost is shown at checkout. More that 50pcs, usually 8%-15% of merchandise total. Increasing the product quantity of the order helps to reduce the shipping cost.

Returns
If you wish to return your items please tell us within 14 days of receipt and we will be happy to offer you a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect unused condition and in the original packaging.

Return of an item is at your own cost unless the item is faulty. Please include a photograph of the fault and we will send out a replacement. Please see our full returns policy here.

Products

Artificial flowers and leaves are mostly plug-in processes. The petals, flower heads, branches and leaves are completely glued by hand. The flower heads and leaves may fall off during transportation. This phenomenon is normal. If they fall off, just plug the flower heads/leaves back to their original places. Some products are hair-planted and covered flowers, leaves and branches. It is inevitable that they will fall off. It is not a quality problem, please kindly understand.

Packaging

Artificial flowers are packed in boxes. When packing, it is sometimes necessary to bend the branches and flower heads. After receiving the goods, flatten the bends and restore them to their original state. It is inevitable that they will overlap each other during transportation. Take them out and shake them or make slight adjustments to restore them to their original appearance.

Color and Size

All products in this store are manually measured and photographed in real life. We try to control the error within 1-2cm. When shooting, there will be slight color due to different positions, angles, lighting, time and background colors. We will try our best to restore the real objects. If there is color difference, please kindly understand.

Cleaning

Generally use a hair dryer to blow the surface and be careful not to set the temperature too high. Or you can just wipe it with a rag. When the petals are deformed, you can use boiling water to fumigate the deformed leaves and flowers, and wait until the petals become soft or the wrinkles disappear before drying them in the air or using a hair dryer.
